Beginner Showcase

While the students in Symphonic, Chamber, and Philharmonic prepare music for UIL, the Beginner Orchestra students prepare orchestra music to play in March alongside Beginner orchestra members from Shadow Ridge, Forestwood, and top-level musicians from Flower Mound HS. Each orchestra prepares the music separately. On the day of Beginner Showcase, students will be bussed from McKamy to Flower Mound HS directly after school where they will rehearse for the first time together. Immediately following rehearsals is the concert, where family and friends are invited to attend.
