When you email me, please include some information about your history of private lessons, what music you are currently working on, and any other information you think I should know. I will take this into consideration during your audition.

At the audition, I will ask you to perform a piece you have recently learned to demonstrate your ability. I may also ask you to perform a scale and/or sightreading.

If I decide you should be in a more advanced orchestra, we will work with the guidance counselors to place you in the correct class.
