Orchestra Activity and Uniform Fee
​The activity fee covers bus transportation for festivals/field trips/contests, social events, entry fees for students to perform in individually rated events (All-Region/Solo & Ensemble), guest sectional teachers/clinicians, and more. Due by August 29th, 2025. If there is a financial concern, please talk to the director privately.

All-Region Permission Form
Turning this form in means your student plans on attending the All-Region audition on October 25th. The Booster Club will pay your entry fee. Audition packets can be found on Canvas.
Dallas Symphony Orchestra Forms
​Ticket, dinner & transportation are included in price. Forms for 25-26 will be available in October or November.
A required fee of $100 for all students using a school cello, basses. It covers general maintenance of the instrument from year to year. Accepted payment can be cash or check made out to LISD. I cannot accept payments until September.
